14 March - The in-person group that met at the Pancake House during our last meeting had a great time. Ron Lynde has taken the ‘bull by the horns” and invites everyone to meet at the National Pancake House every Tuesday morning. Ron reports “It has been a while since most of us met face to face, and we miss the fellowship and camaraderie. A number of us have had our covid shots and want to meet in person. If you feel comfortable with meeting in person, please join us. We are going to start meeting every Tuesday at the National Pancake and Waffle house on 7105 Pocahontas Trail at 7:00am. The restaurant serves a good breakfast at reasonable prices or you can just have coffee. We will join in the regular JCC Rotary Club meeting on the first and third Tuesdays via Zoom with a projector and screen. On the Tuesdays when there is not a regular meeting we will still meet at the restaurant for breakfast and fellowship at 7:00am. I know some of you do not like to participate in Zoom meetings, so this is your chance to meet in person like we have always done since you joined Rotary. Hope to see you at the National Pancake House this Tuesday, March 16th at 7:00am.
